Copart collects the necessary documents (signed settlement agreement and purchase contract plus vehicle documents) from the desired location (e.g. your workplace). In return, you will receive the replacement value (WBW) of your vehicle from the insurance company after they have received the purchase contract and settlement agreement you have signed from us. We recommend our digital customer portal for particularly fast payment of the replacement value and rapid processing of the purchase contract and settlement agreement.
We will take care of all the logistics for you and pick up your car quickly and free of charge. Our drivers are highly professional and well trained and will come to your place or to the storage place where your vehicle is located. Within minutes your vehicle will be loaded and ready to go, no matter how damaged it is.

Key Delivery and Vehicle Collection
Copart collects your vehicle nationwide free of charge. Requested date after arrangement with you.
Cash-Free Payment of the Net Replacement Value
Copart collects all the necessary documents for your accident vehicle (vehicle registration document and vehicle title) from your desired location (e.g. also from your workplace). In return, you will receive the equivalent value of your vehicle as it was at the time immediately before the accident. This amount will be paid out by the insurance company. If applicable (in the case of comprehensive claims), the agreed excess amount will be deducted by the insurance company. In the case of liability claims, the claimant (depending on the insurance company settling the claim) also has the option of selecting the replacement value settlement in the event of a total loss with 100% liability.
Formalities
We take care of the organizational work for you:
- In our digital customer portal, you can sign the required documents digitally at any time
- On request, we can deregister your vehicle for you at the road traffic office
- Support with the processing of financed vehicles: we support your communication with the financing company!

This is what is included in our exclusive service for you:
- We send the documents signed by you directly to your insurance company - you do not need to worry about anything.
- Copart will collect the necessary documents at the location of your choice (e.g., your workplace). In return, you will receive the replacement value (RV) of your vehicle transferred to your account, which will be done once we receive the signed purchase contract and settlement agreement from you. For a quick payout of the replacement value and a smooth processing of the purchase contract and settlement agreement, simply use our digital customer service.
- The deregistration of your vehicle (if you wish) will be done through us within 14 working days from the date of collection.
